The Sony Cybershot DSC-TX5 is a stylish ultra slim 'tough' camera. Therefore it has great allround 'outdoor orientated' features, including waterproofing (3M), dustproofing and freezeproofing (-10 degrees). The rugged exterior houses a 12 megapixel latest gneration CMOS sensor and a 4 x wide optical image stabilised zoom lens (25-100mm). CMOS sensors generally give overall performance improvements over standard CCD sensors, hence greater image enhancement even in low light can be achieved. Also incorporated is 3.0" Touch LCD (230,000px) into a form of just 94.0 x 56.9 x 17.7mm. Also a High Definition movie function is available at 1280 x 720 30fps. Any Memory Stick Duo or SDHC cards are compatible with the Sony Cybershot DSC-TX5.
